BIOGRAPHY
Kianna Parviz is a senior associate with Law Stein Anderson, LLP who zealously advocates for her client’s rights. Her practice focuses on complex business disputes that occur between individuals, businesses, and corporate entities, as well as defending clients against personal injury, premises liability, and product liability matters. She also handles probate and wills and trust litigation, family inheritance disputes, and sophisticated real estate controversies.
As a skilled negotiator Kianna develops a rapport with her clients, by listening and understanding their goals, and then artfully negotiates favorable outcomes to avoid trial. Should the need for trial arise, Kianna takes a thoroughly tenacious approach, and has secured massive victories for her clients both in and out of court.
Kianna’s diverse experience includes cases involving consumer protection laws, automotive law, contract law, insurance defense, negligence, nuisance, malpractice, and criminal law. Kianna has served as both the lead counsel and second-chair counsel in numerous trials. She also has extensive federal and appellate experience.
Kianna graduated in the top of her class, receiving a J.D. from Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California. She received a Merit Scholarship and two CALI Awards for being the top student in both her Community Property and Mediation classes. Kianna was the Notes and Comments Editor for the Nexus Journal of Law and Policy and completed an externship with the Orange County Public Defender’s Office while obtaining her law degree.
Kianna graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Management. As a part of the Political Science Honors Program, she conducted research and wrote an honors thesis on presidential elections. Kianna was Co-Founder and Co-President of the Invisible Children Club, an association that raised money for a partner school in Northern Uganda. In the summer of 2008, she studied abroad in Montreux, Switzerland. At graduation, Kianna earned a Student Scholar of Distinction award and the Order of the Merit award.
Kianna mentors law students at both of her alma maters, Chapman University School of Law and UC Irvine School of Law. Kianna was recognized by Super Lawyers as a Southern California Rising Star in 2017-2023. She lives in Orange County with her husband, daughter, and goldendoodle. Kianna enjoys photography, yoga, and traveling.
