We hope this newsletter finds you and your family healthy and happy in the first quarter of this new year. We are excited to share some news so without further ado, let’s share!

Our number one priority is to continue to provide new and existing clients with exceptional client service through insightful and strategic counsel and a dedicated staff to serve your needs. Which is why we are proud to announce a new attorney who practices our same values and brings even more diversified experience to the firm.

Alyse Frederick, Esq.

Alyse Frederick, Esq., joins Law Stein Anderson with an inherent passion to use her expertise in creating a solid estate plan to preserve wealth for future generations. Her practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, tax planning, corporate formation, and business succession planning.

Alyse is published on Thomson Reuters in the growing and delicate area of working with clients with diminished capacity (Alzheimer’s dementia), making her an accomplished resource for the firm and families dealing with this sensitive and emotional matter. She is known for taking time with clients, asking detailed questions, and working collaboratively with families to deliver an estate plan that is tailored to each family, protecting their assets for the long term. Alyse’s estate planning counsel includes wills, trusts, conservatorships, trust administration, special needs planning, medical directives, and more. She stays current on the most recent tax laws and leaves no stone unturned when providing counsel on business planning, including formation of LLC’s, partnerships and corporations, and tax planning.

Prior to joining Law Stein Anderson, Alyse worked for a firm in Los Angeles where she represented clients upon arraignment, formulated oral arguments, oversaw settlements, filed restraining orders, and counseled clients involved in proceedings regarding guardianship rights, custody, child placement, and parent reunification.

Alyse Frederick received her J.D. from Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California, where she was honored with two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, one for Academic Excellence in Elder Law and the other for Academic Excellence in Transactional Law & Commercial Contracts. She graduated cum laude from Chapman University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, minor in Sociology, where she was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha – National Political Science Honors Society.

Alyse lives in Orange County with her daughter and their rescue dog, Rusty (her “legal beagle”). Their weekends are spent at the beach boogie boarding, doing yoga, and experimenting cooking healthy recreations of classic favorites.
