Steven Ehrlich, Esq. is Of Counsel to Law & Stein, offering over forty-three years of successful litigation experience to his clients and the firm. His main practice areas include representation of professional fiduciaries, including trustees/conservators and beneficiaries involved in probate/litigation and trials involving trusts or conservatorships. Mr. Ehrlich also handles civil litigation matters.
Mr. Ehrlich’s clients reap the benefit of his extensive experience and ardent personal investment in understanding their goals when taking on their case. He is accomplished in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution and has proven to be fully equipped for battle if a trial is inevitable. He is known as someone who does not like surprises and prepares each case accordingly. He provides his clients with ongoing communication, making them aware of the risks and rewards in each possible scenario.
Prior to joining Law & Stein as Of Counsel, Mr. Ehrlich was in private practice in both Orange and Los Angeles counties, litigating matters of various types including/involving trusts, law firms in legal malpractice cases, commercial business cases, real estate disputes, environmental cases and complex title disputes. He has represented major Fortune 500 companies, well-established local corporations, family-owned businesses, small firms, and individuals of diverse wealth. Mr. Ehrlich’s extensive trial experience includes many hard won jury and court trials in the civil arena, as well as numerous felony criminal case jury trials involving capital and misdemeanor cases.
Mr. Ehrlich is licensed in all State and Federal Courts throughout California. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University Northridge and a JD from Whittier College, Beverly School of Law.
Mr. Ehrlich lives with his wife in Orange County where he regularly works out, reads extensively, and travels. Other interests include fishing, golf, and adventure oriented outdoor activities.
