BIOGRAPHY
Rachel Kashani acquired her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California Los Angeles. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor Degree at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2011. She won CALI Awards for highest grade in Sports Law, Controlled Substances, Legal Writing II, and International Business Practices. She also won the Witkin Awards for Excellence.
As an experienced attorney, Rachel has managed all stages of the litigation process in State and Federal court from inception through conclusion. She has been the sole in-house counsel responsible for managing complex litigation matters in areas of law, such as contract interpretation, fraud, willful and malicious injury, negligence, tortious interference, RICO, and conspiracy. She has resolved cases through settlement negotiations, trials, and mediation.
Rachel is an accomplished and dedicated attorney with substantial expertise representing the interests of clients in all facets of commercial and civil litigation, with an emphasis on products liability. She is skilled in managing and resolving complex litigation disputes involving various legal issues and assisting with contractual and compliance matters. Throughout her years practicing law, Rachel has developed effective and efficient legal solutions that meet her clients’ overall objectives.
Rachel is a current member of the American Bar Association.
