BIOGRAPHY
As a Partner with Law Stein Anderson, Shauna R. Anderson is a tenacious advocate for her clients and fights for them during family inheritance disputes or probate. She works collaboratively with her clients to protect them when creating and administering an estate plan. She is a Certified Specialist issued by the California State Board of Legal Specialization in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration – an achievement less than 1% of California estate planning attorneys have accomplished. For over a decade, her legal career has focused on protecting individuals in the event of incapacity and helping navigate wealth transfers from generation to generation.
Shauna possesses the invaluable traits of both genuine compassion for her clients, and sound legal judgement. She understands not only the intricate complexities of the law, but appreciates the emotional challenges one can go through while preparing an estate plan or performing trust administration duties immediately after the passing of a loved one. Her proactive approach and thoughtful nature help streamline the process which takes the burden off the client, helping them sleep better at night knowing she is preparing the best legal course and is only a phone call away.

Shauna R. Anderson received her Juris Doctor (cum laude) from University of La Verne, College of Law where she was also an Editor of the Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary’s College of California where she was a Division I collegiate soccer player. She credits that experience with instilling discipline, problem-solving and the importance of teamwork.
She lives in Orange County with her husband and three young children. When not working with her family of clients, she embraces time with family going camping, enjoying the beach and anything that takes them outdoors. She also volunteers as an advocate for children with disabilities.
